Can I track my NOW TV order and delivery?

Your NOW TV Box or Smart Stick will arrive within 5 working days of you placing the order. If you've ordered replacement accessories, these will also arrive within 5 working days.

How do I track my order?

When we’ve dispatched your order, we'll email you a tracking number so you can check its delivery status. Once you have the number, you can easily track your NOW TV Box or Smart stick order on the Royal Mail website.

FAQs

Royal Mail will try to leave your order with a neighbour if no one’s in. You’ll be left a card telling you this, or letting you know which Royal Mail local delivery office you need to collect it from.

Your order will be sent back to us if it’s not collected from the delivery office in 16 days. If this happens, just get in touch so we can reorder it for you.

Please check your junk and spam folders in case our confirmation email has slipped between the cracks. If you can't find the email, and you've been charged for your order, please let us know.

Our team will verify that five working days have passed, and make a few other checks. As long as everything is fine, you will be notified when a new NOW TV Box or Smart Stick is ordered.

 
Waiting for a reordered or replacement NOW TV Box or Smart Stick?

Your new device will be delivered by Parcelforce.

It'll arrive the next working day if you place your order before 4pm, or within 2 working days if you order after 4pm. You'll receive a confirmation text on the morning of your delivery day.

Parcelforce will swap your new Box or Smart Stick for your old one. Please make sure you have your old device and any accessories (including power supply and remote control) ready to hand over.
