Can I track my NOW order and delivery?
Your NOW TV Box or Smart Stick will arrive within 5 working days of you placing the order. If you've ordered replacement accessories, these will also arrive within 5 working days.
How do I track my order?
When we’ve dispatched your order, we'll email you a tracking number so you can check its delivery status. Once you have the number, you can easily track your order on the An Post website.
An Post will try to leave your order with a neighbour if no one’s in. You will be left a card telling you this, or letting you know which post office you need to collect it from.
Your order will be sent back to us if it’s not collected from the delivery office within 16 days. If this happens, just get in touch so we can reorder it for you.
Please check your junk and spam folders in case our confirmation email has slipped through the cracks. If you can't find the email, and you've been charged for your order, please let us know.
Our team will verify that 5 working days have passed, and make a few other checks. As long as everything is fine, you’ll be notified when a new NOW Smart Stick or Box is ordered.
