Please get in touch and let us know your device's serial number. We'll tell you if you're eligible for a replacement or refund and how to get it.

Can I get a refund?

If your device is faulty and you want a refund, you need to let us know within 30 days of receiving it.

If you want a replacement instead, make sure you let us know within one year of the date you placed your order. If your device isn’t faulty but you’ve changed your mind, you need to get in touch within 14 days of receiving it to get a refund.

Handy tipYou can find your serial number on the side of the package your Box or Smart Stick came in, or on the underside of the device itself.

Need replacement accessories?

If you bought your device less than one year ago, get in touch and we’ll replace any faulty accessories, such as a NOW remote or power supply unit. Did you buy your device over 1 year ago? Find out how to get the accessories you need.

You'll need to return your device to the retailer with your proof of purchase. Each retailer will have their own refunds and exchanges policy.

Didn't buy your NOW device from any of these shops?

NOW is unable to process any returns, refunds or exchanges if your device was bought from another retailer.

Need replacement accessories?

You can buy accessories, such as a NOW remote or power supply unit, from the Sky Accessory shop.

 

If your device is faulty or you need replacement accessories (such as a NOW remote or power supply unit), please get in touch with us. Just tell us your device's serial number, and we'll send a replacement if it's in warranty.

Can I get a refund?

You can only get a refund for your device if you're the person who bought it.

However, if you've been given a faulty NOW Smart Stick or Box, you can swap it for a replacement.
