Why can't I watch some shows and events on the TV channels?

Sometimes we’re unable to broadcast a movie, show or sporting event through our TV channels due to rights restrictions (you might see this referred to as ‘slating’). This means that occasionally a movie, show or event will be blocked on the channels.

What shows, movies and events aren't available?

The vast majority of our shows aren't affected and we're always working hard to make sure we can bring you more of the best movies, shows and sporting events.

We post a daily list of any shows and events that won't be available on the Entertainment and Sports channels, and another monthly list for unavailable movies.

We’re sorry if you can't watch something you wanted to. If your show is blocked, there are still lots of great movies and TV shows available on NOW. Browse our on-demand catalogues for movies and entertainment, as well as the TV channel schedules, and you're sure to find a new favourite show or movie.
