Got a Sports Mobile Membership?
You can only watch your Mobile Membership on a smartphone – you won't be able to watch with a Smart Stick.

To use your Smart Stick, you’ll need:
- A TV with an HDMI port (it doesn’t need to be a smart TV)
- A Wi-Fi connection
- A NOW account
- NOW remote (supplied with your Smart Stick)
- Power cable and adaptor (supplied with your Smart Stick).
Your Smart Stick comes with a bunch of apps already pre-installed, with loads more you can download in seconds.
You get catch up apps like BBC iPlayer, ITVX and All 4, as well as Netflix, YouTube, Vevo and Sky Sports Box Office.

Voice search lets you quickly look for movies and shows by name, or by your favourite actors or directors, just by speaking into your Smart Stick remote. Plus you can launch apps on your Smart Stick on command.
Got a Smart Stick and Sports Month Membership?
You can access extra channels on selected sports events using Bonus Streams, including additional EFL matches and F1 Race Control.
Keep in mindYou can't access Bonus Streams with a Sports Day or Mobile Membership.
When a Bonus Stream is available, you'll find it on the relevant sports page in the NOW app - for example, rugby Bonus Streams will be on the Rugby page. You may also find Bonus Streams under New & Trending on the NOW Homepage and under Sport Top Picks on the NOW Sports Homepage.
Don't worry if you can't see any Bonus Streams right now – they'll appear automatically by the time the event starts.
Hotel connect lets you set up your Smart Stick in locations where you need to sign in to the Wi-Fi network through a web browser, like a hotel room or student halls.
You can no longer watch NOW when travelling in EU countries so you can only use hotel connect throughout the UK.

Yes, your NOW Smart Stick lets you pause and rewind live entertainment, sports and Sky Cinema channels for up to 30 minutes.
You can’t record whole shows or series on the live TV channels to watch again. Live pause isn't currently available for Bonus Streams.
Yes – you can add up to 6 devices to your account, including additional Smart Sticks.
Just remember that you can’t watch NOW on more than 1 device at the same time (or 3 devices if you have NOW Boost).

Yes, you can still keep your Smart Stick if you cancel your membership. However you won't be able to watch any movies, TV shows or live sport with the NOW app.
