Support for TalkTalk customers

If you're on TalkTalk's Fibre 35 or Fibre 65 broadband plans, you can add NOW Membership to your TalkTalk TV package and enjoy brilliant entertainment with one simple monthly bill. 

Plus, all TalkTalk TV customers who add NOW to their package will also receive NOW Boost.

Here's how it works:

I'm a new TalkTalk Broadband & TV customer

When you sign up for TalkTalk's Fibre 35 or Fibre 65 broadband plans and add TalkTalk TV to your package, you can choose to add NOW Membership in a few easy steps:

  1. Choose the membership you'd like (Entertainment, Cinema, Sports or Hayu).
  2. Once you're all set up with TalkTalk, you'll get an email from them with an activation link for your NOW Membership.
  3. The activation link will take you to the NOW website where you can create an account, or sign in if you're already a NOW Member so that your account can be linked with your new membership.

Your activation link will be valid for 7 days. If you don't activate your membership within 7 days, the link will expire. You can request a new link from TalkTalk customer service. If you don't activate your membership within 14 days of your purchase, it will be cancelled and you won't be charged. If you still want to add NOW to your TalkTalk TV package, you'll have to request it again.

Once you've activated your membership, you can start streaming straight away.

I'm an existing TalkTalk Broadband & TV customer

If you've got TalkTalk's Fibre 35 or Fibre 65 broadband along with TalkTalk TV, you can add NOW to your package anytime. Just sign in to your TalkTalk account, head to the All Offers section and pick the NOW Membership you'd like. You'll receive an activation email from TalkTalk with a link to sign in or sign up to NOW. Once you've done that, you're ready to start streaming.

Of course! NOW is super-flexible, so you can add and remove membership options month by month as you wish.

If there's a membership type you don't have as part of your TalkTalk TV package and you fancy giving it a try, it's easy to add it:

  1. Sign in to your TalkTalk account and select My package and add-ons
  2. In the My TV section, select NOW
  3. You'll see your active add-ons. To add another membership option, just select Add membership and choose the one you want
  4. Select Apply changes and then confirm your choice.

The cost will be added to your monthly TalkTalk bill.

(You won't need to wait for an activation link – that's only when you first sign up.)

You'll need to cancel any membership that's part of your TalkTalk package directly with TalkTalk. Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your TalkTalk account and select My package and add-ons
  2. In the My TV section, select NOW
  3. You'll see your active add-ons. Just untick the checkbox that says Added to remove the one you no longer want
  4. Select Apply changes and then confirm.

You can also cancel by contacting TalkTalk customer service.

Once you've cancelled, you'll be able to carry on enjoying your membership for the rest of the month you've paid for.

As TalkTalk hold your account details, you’ll need to get in touch with them if you want to change your title or the name on your account.

If you want to update your NOW email address, you can do that in My Account (but note that this will not update in your TalkTalk account).

To view your bills, payments and membership options, sign in to your TalkTalk account. You can also access this via the Manage in TalkTalk link you'll see in your NOW account, taking you to the TalkTalk site where you can manage and make updates to your TalkTalk account.

To view your bills online or make changes to your payment details, sign in to your TalkTalk account and head to Billing & Payments.

Got a question about your bill? You'll need to contact TalkTalk directly about any issues with your payments.

If you already have a NOW Membership that you're paying for either directly through NOW or via another of our partners, you won't be able to add the same membership via TalkTalk. If you want to transfer that membership over to TalkTalk, you'll first need to cancel your existing subscription and wait for it to end.

All TalkTalk TV customers who add NOW Membership to their package will receive NOW Boost at no extra cost, allowing you to stream on up to 3 devices at the same time. Full HD requires a compatible device and 1080p HD TV (or higher). Learn more about Boost

The NOW app is available on most TalkTalk TV boxes (including the new TalkTalk TV 4K box, powered by Netgem TV), as well as a huge range of other devices. As a TalkTalk customer, you'll automatically have NOW Boost added to your account, which means you can stream on 3 devices at the same time.

Good to knowThe older TalkTalk TV Plus Box (DN370T) doesn't support NOW.

Head to your TalkTalk account where you can re-trigger your activation email, or contact TalkTalk customer service via Online Chat or by phone on 0345 172 0088 and they'll be able to re-trigger it for you. 

There are a few reasons why your membership may have failed to activate. TalkTalk should send you an email detailing the reason for the failure, and next steps. The most common reason is that you were trying to activate a membership via TalkTalk which you're already billed for by NOW or another partner.

If you believe that your activation should have been successful, contact TalkTalk customer service.

When you join NOW, you'll be given a Parental PIN which you'll need to enter to watch some live Sky Cinema and Entertainment channels at certain times. If you've got kids in the house and you want to set age restrictions on your viewing, you can do this in the Settings & PINs section of your NOW account.
