How can we help?

Joined NOW TV through BT?

New to NOW TV? If you've just joined us as part of your BT package, welcome on board!

If you already had NOW TV and you transferred your existing Passes across to BT when you took out a TV package, your account will be managed a little differently now.

Either way, here's a quick guide to how it all works.

If there's a Pass you don't have as part of your core TV package and you fancy giving it a try, it's easy to add one as a bolt-on in My Account:

  1. Head to Passes & vouchers
  2. Select Start free trial (or Buy Pass if you've already had a trial) next to the Pass you want
  3. The cost will be added to your monthly BT bill.

Good to know You can also add bolt-on Passes in My BT, by calling BT, or via your BT TV guide.

Any NOW TV Passes that are part of your BT TV package are included in your monthly payments for the length of your BT contract. You'll need to give BT a call to find out more about how to cancel.

If you have a bolt-on Pass on top of your package, it will automatically renew from month to month. If you don't want it to continue, you can cancel it in My BT, or by contacting BT.

As BT hold your account details, you’ll need to get in touch with them if you want to change your title or the name on your account.

If you want to update your NOW TV email address, you can do that in My Account. Find out how to change your email address

You can make changes to your direct debit details in My BT. Or just give BT a call.

To view your bills online, log in to My BT with your BT ID and look for Billing & Usage.

Got a question about your bill? You'll need to contact BT directly about any issues with your payments.

You can set up a NOW TV Payment PIN and a Parental PIN to make your account more secure.

Payment PIN

This prevents anyone else from using your account to buy new Passes, which would be added to your BT bill. It's a good idea to set one up if you share your NOW TV account with friends and family.

Parental PIN

This lets you restrict which shows and movies can be watched on NOW TV. It's also mandatory for viewing most live Sky Cinema channels, and some live Entertainment channels, at certain times, even if you've switched Parental PIN off.

However, if you’re only watching on your BT TV box, you don’t need a NOW TV Parental PIN – just use your BT PIN.

Your BT PINs

NOW TV PINs are separate from your BT PINs, which you can change through your BT TV box. Head to the BT website to find out how to change BT PINs.

NOW TV is available on a huge range of devices. You can add up to 6 on your account and watch NOW TV on devices at the same time (3 if you have NOW TV Boost). When you start watching on your BT TV box, it will be added automatically as one of your 6 devices.

If you've just joined BT, you can start watching NOW TV straight away on any supported device while you wait for your BT TV box to arrive.

Once you’ve added devices up to your maximum of 6, you can make changes to your devices each calendar month.

You can view, remove and rename your devices in the Devices area of My Account
