How do I update my email address?
Want to change the email address that we use to send you updates about your account and NOW?
No problem – you can do that in My Account:
How to update your email address
Head to Personal details, sign in and select Update email address.
Then just enter your new email and Save email address.
When you update your address you'll see an onscreen confirmation, and we'll send an email to your new address to confirm the change, too.
Unfortunately you can't change to a sky.com email address, or an address you've already used with another Sky service.
Please use a different email address, or create a new one instead.
Signing in to your account
Next time you sign in to NOW, you'll need to use your new email address.
To save you having to sign out of all your devices manually, you can force a logout from any devices you're signed in to. To force a logout, reset your password and when you get to the Manage permissions page, select NOW and click Remove.Now just sign back in on each device with your new email.
Did you know...? You can sign in to your account using either your email address or your NOW username.
