As neither the NOW Box or NOW Smart Stick are on sale anymore, unfortunately we can no longer accept any returns or offer any refunds for devices bought via NOWTV.com that aren't working or are no longer needed.

Did you buy your NOW device from a retailer?
If you bought your NOW device from a retailer in the last 12 months, either in-store on online, you might be able to get a replacement if you still have your receipt or warranty.
Select the Get in Touch button on this page, and we'll let you know if you're eligible for a replacement.
Need a new remote?
Unfortunately we can no longer provide replacement remotes for either the NOW Box or Smart Stick.

Need a new HDMI cable?
You can get HDMI cables from all good electrical stores.
Need an HDMI extender for your NOW Smart Stick?
If you don't have enough room to plug your Smart Stick into your TV (because it's wall-mounted, for example), you might need an HDMI extender to give you that extra bit of space.
HDMI extenders are available in all good electrical stores.
