PLAYBACK_CODEC_DECODING_ERROR | This is a codec error that some users experience on OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8T devices. | You'll need to deactivate the Vibrant Colour feature. In your device settings, select Display and then Vibrant Colour Display and set this to Off. Restart the NOW app and you should be able to play out. |
You need to log in with the correct username (email address) and password. | Your email address or password is incorrect. | You need to log in with the correct email address and password. Passwords are case sensitive. Find out what to do if you've forgotten your login details. |
