I've forgotten my account email or password
Our Account Finder can help remind you which email address you used to sign up. Just enter your name and the last 4 digits of the payment card you think you signed up with, and we'll check for any matching accounts.
Go to My Account at the top right of your screen, and select Sign In.
Step 2:Select Forgotten password.
Step 3:Enter your registered email address and select Send email.
Look out for an email from us with a link to reset your password. Your link will be live for 3 hours.
Using a NOW TV Box or Smart Stick?
You'll need to reset your device after changing your password, then log in with your new password.
