I've forgotten my account email or password
Your registered email address is the one to which we send account updates and info on the latest movies, shows and sports.

Step 1:Go to My Account at the top right of your screen, and select Sign In.
Step 2:Select Forgotten password.
Step 3:Enter your registered email address and select Send email.
Look out for an email from us with a link to reset your password. Your link will be live for 3 hours.
Using a NOW TV Box?
After changing your password, find the reset hole at the back of your NOW TV Box. Make sure the box is plugged in, and push a pin into the hole for about 30 seconds.
Then simply log in with your new password.
