What payment methods can I use?
For TV Membership, we accept payments via:
- Mastercard
- Visa
- American Express (Amex)
- PayPal
Some members may be required to input additional security information through Mastercard SecureCode (3D Secure), Verified by Visa or Amex SafeKey.
Are you a NOW Broadband Member?
You can only use Mastercard or Visa for your NOW Broadband Membership payments.
Keep in mindIf you pay for your TV Membership with Amex and you add NOW Broadband Membership, you’ll be asked to choose a separate payment method for your broadband membership.
Paying for your membership through EE TV?
Check your EE TV account to see what payment methods you can use to pay your bill.
Subscribing to NOW via Amazon or TalkTalk?
If you're paying for your membership through Amazon, you can manage your membership, including your payment method, in the Membership & Subscriptions area of your Amazon account.
If you're with TalkTalk, you can manage your payments in your TalkTalk account.

Unfortunately there are some Visa and Mastercard prepaid cards we don't accept at the moment.
If you can't save the details for your prepaid card, please try using a different payment card instead.
We're now trialling Apple Pay as a payment method for TV Membership. This means that some members will see the option to pay via Apple Pay when they join NOW.
For now, this option isn't available to everyone, but we hope to offer it to more and more of our members soon.
Keep in mindYou won't be able to use Apple Pay for your NOW Broadband Membership.
Changing your payment method
As the Apple Pay trial is only open to new members, you won't be able to switch your payment method to Apple Pay after you've joined NOW.
So if you join using your Apple Pay account and then switch to a different payment method, you won't be able to change back to Apple Pay in the future.
