How do I apply or enter a voucher code?
Got a voucher for one of the NOW TV Passes? Whether it's for a day, a month or more, find out how to apply it and start watching shows right away.
If you've bought a NOW TV device that comes with NOW TV Passes but there's no voucher included in your box, don't worry – when you set up your device, you'll see that your voucher will be added to your account automatically (you might just need to redeem it by going to My Account and Passes & vouchers).
How to use your voucher code
Just head to the Passes & vouchers section of My Account (you may need to sign in), select the Apply a voucher link next to the Pass you've got a voucher for, and enter your code.
Don’t have a NOW TV account yet?No problem – you’ll just need to create an account before you can apply your voucher. Go to NOWTV.com/tv-passes and select Free trial or Buy below the Pass you’ve got a voucher for.
Enter your personal and payment details, and your voucher code in the box provided.

Help tip Sky Sports Week Pass vouchers can't be applied on a Roku device or on a NOW TV Box or Smart Stick, and Sky Sports Mobile Month Pass vouchers can only be applied on the website or the mobile app.
First, check you've selected the right Pass in Passes & vouchers for the voucher you’ve got. For example, if your voucher is for a Sky Sports Month Pass, check that you haven't accidentally selected a Sky Sports Week Pass. Yes, that's fine – you can apply the voucher to your account before your free trial has ended and your offer will kick in at the end of your free period.
If you can't see an Apply a voucher link, you can still use your voucher – you'll just need to wait until your free trial has ended. When your 14 days are up, sign in to My Account again and you should be able to click Apply a voucher and add your voucher code.
If you don’t apply a voucher, the Sky Cinema Pass will auto renew at £9.99 a month, Entertainment Pass at £7.99, Sky Sports Pass at £33.99, Sky Sports Mobile Pass at £5.99, Kids Pass at £3.99 and the hayu Pass at £3.99.
If you have one of our Month Passes, it'll start right away. But if you've got a Sky Sports Day or Week Pass you can choose to start it any time that suits you, within a year of purchase. When you’re ready to start your 24 hours or 7 days of sport, just start watching and your Pass will activate automatically.
You won't see the Apply a voucher link for a particular Pass if you're already on an offer for that Pass. Come back when your offer has less than 30 days to run, and you'll be able to apply your voucher then.
Yes, you can. You just have to wait until your current voucher has less than 30 days remaining before applying the next one.
Don't forget to check that each voucher you want to use is still valid before you apply it.
