YouView error codes and how to fix them

1011Oops! Your NOW TV account isn't set up correctly. Please check your account details on nowtv.com.Check that you are using the correct account details for NOW TV and your account is fully activated.
2001Oops! Something's gone wrong.Please restart the app. If the problem persists, contact us by selecting the Get in touch button on this page.
2002Oops! Something went wrong here. We're working on it. Please come back later.This is an internal server error. Please allow some time before trying again. If the problem persists, contact us by selecting the Get in touch button on this page.
2004Your session is invalid or has been terminated, please Sign In.Allow a few minutes before signing in to your account again.
2005Your Sign In details are incorrect. Please try again.Try signing in removing the @xxxx from your email address. For example, if your email address is joebloggs@email.com then sign in using joebloggs.
4003Oops! There's a problem with your NOW TV account. Please check your account before using the application on nowtv.com.This means you haven't completed the full registration process. Find out how to finish signing up.

yvm607This is an HDCP error.Check the HDMI connection between your TV and YouView box. Try another HDMI cable. Try another TV, as the current TV may not have HDCP available.
