How do I change or reset my account password?

If you want to change the password on your NOW TV account, for example to make it more secure, just follow the steps below. You'll need your current login details to do this.

Step 1:

In My Account, select Personal details and if you're not already signed in, enter either your username or your email address, and your password.

Select 'Personal details' from the My Account menu

 

Step 2:

Select Reset password.
 

Select 'reset password'

 

Step 3:

Click Send email.

We'll send you a link to reset your password. The link will be live for 3 hours and you'll only be able to use it once.

Step 4:

Click on the link in the email and follow the onscreen instructions to change your password.
 

Signing in to your account

Next time you sign in to NOW TV, you'll need to use your new password.

To save you having to sign out of all your devices manually, you can force a logout from any devices you're signed in to. Simply head here, select NOW TV and click Remove.

Now just sign back in on each device with your new password.
