If you've forgotten your password and want to reset it, follow the instructions here instead.

Step 1:

Head to the Personal details section of My Account, and if you're not already signed in, enter either your username or your email address, and your password.

Step 2:

Scroll down to Security details and select Reset password.

Select 'reset password'

Step 3:

FAQs

  1. Check your Junk or Spam folders – the email may have gone there by mistake
  2. Try requesting another email
  3. Or instead of selecting Send email, choose the Security question option (if you have one set up on your account) and reset your password that way instead.

There are 2 ways around this:

  1. If you have a security question set up on your account, follow the steps to reset your password, but instead of selecting Send email, choose the Security question option instead.
  2. Sign in to your account with your username (if you know it), or with your old email address (even though it’s no longer in use). Then head to Personal details and update your email address. You can then reset your password.
