I've forgotten my password
Forgotten your password? No problem – just follow the steps below to reset it.
How to reset your password
Go to My Account at the top right of the website and select Sign in.
Select I don't know my password
Enter your NOW email address and select Continue.
Try putting the email address you think you might have signed up with into our Account Finder tool. If you still can't track down your account, contact us by selecting the Get in touch button on this page.
If you're a BT customer, you can find confirmation of your NOW email address in the welcome email you got from BT when you set up your package.
Select Email me a link.
We'll send you a link to reset your password. Click on the link in the email and follow the onscreen instructions to change your password.
The link will be live for 3 hours and you'll only be able to use it once.
If you have a security question set on your account, you'll also see the option to select Security question and reset your password that way instead.
Managing your permissions
When you reset your password, we'll ask you if you want to review your permissions. If you tick the NOW box, you'll be logged out of NOW on any devices you're signed in on. This helps to keep your account secure, and means that no one can stay logged in to your account with your old password.
Next time you watch, you'll need to sign back in on each device with your new password.
