I've forgotten my password

Forgotten your password?  No problem – just follow the steps below to reset it.

 

How to reset your password

Step 1:

Go to My Account at the top right of the website and select Sign in.

 

Go to My Account and select Sign in

 

Step 2:

Select I don't know my password

Select 'I don't know my password'

 

Step 3:

Enter your NOW email address and select Continue.

We'll email you instructions on how to set or reset your password.

Try putting the email address you think you might have signed up with into our Account Finder tool. If you still can't track down your account, contact us by selecting the Get in touch button on this page.

If you're an EE TV customer, you can find confirmation of your NOW email address in the welcome email you got from EE TV when you set up your package.
