I can’t activate my Sky Sports Pass

If you’ve got a Sky Sports Day or Week Pass and you find it’s not activating when you go to watch Sky Sports, this could be because you’re trying to watch on your PC or Mac with the NOW TV Player.

If you accidentally selected, ‘I’ve already got this’ on the screen shown below, but you don’t yet have the Player installed, you won’t be able to play out.

To fix the problem, follow the simple steps below.

If you’re on Windows:

  1. Use this link to download the Player.
  2. Install it (see Step 2 here if you need help).
  3. Head back to the website, try watching again and your Pass should activate.

If you’re on a Mac:

  1. Download the Player using this link.
  2. Install it (see Step 2 here if you need help).
  3. Head back to the website, try watching again and your Pass should activate.
