YouView error codes and how to fix them

If you receive an error message when using NOW TV on YouView, please refer to the table below for instructions on how to fix.

This means you have not completed the full registration process.

This is a communication failure. Please allow some time before trying again or if the problem persists,contact us below.

This means you've already registered the maximum number of devices. You can manage your registered devices within your NOW TV account.

This means you've already used up your monthly allowance for adding new devices on your NOW TV account.

This means you have not completed the full registration process.

You've reached the maximum number of concurrent streams permitted per account
