YouView error codes and how to fix them

1011 | Oops! Your NOW account isn't set up correctly. Please check your account details on nowtv.com. | Check that you are using the correct account details for NOW and your account is fully activated. |
2001 | Oops! Something's gone wrong. | Please restart the app. If the problem persists, contact us by selecting the Get in touch button on this page. |
2002 | Oops! Something went wrong here. We're working on it. Please come back later. | This is an internal server error. Please allow some time before trying again. If the problem persists, contact us by selecting the Get in touch button on this page. |
2004 | Your session is invalid or has been terminated, please Sign In. | Allow a few minutes before signing in to your account again. |
2005 | Your Sign In details are incorrect. Please try again. | Try signing in removing the @xxxx from your email address. For example, if your email address is joebloggs@email.com then sign in using joebloggs. |
4003 | Oops! There's a problem with your NOW account. Please check your account before using the application on nowtv.com. | This means you haven't completed the full registration process. Find out how to finish signing up. |
6001 | Oops! Something went wrong here. We're working on it. Please come back later. | This is a communication failure. Please allow some time before trying again. If the problem persists, contact us by selecting the Get in touch button on this page. |
10020 | Oops! Your NOW account isn't set up correctly. Please check your account details on nowtv.com. | This means you haven't completed the full registration process. Find out how to finish signing up. |
10021 | You've reached the maximum number of concurrent streams permitted per account. | You can continue to watch by stopping play on one of your other devices. |
10023 | Unable to connect to video stream. Please try again later or contact us. | Please allow some time before trying again. If the problem persists, contact us by selecting the Get in touch button on this page. |
10024 | Your membership has expired. | To continue watching, please renew your membership. |
yvm607 | This is an HDCP error. | Check the HDMI connection between your TV and YouView box. Try another HDMI cable. Try another TV, as the current TV may not have HDCP available. |
