Subtitles are available for selected on demand movies and shows on the NOW Cinema Membership and NOW Entertainment Membership.

Yes you can. To watch all our Sky Sports channels, movies and selected shows in full HD, you'll need to upgrade to Boost or Ultra Boost. It costs €5 a month for Boost or €8 for Ultra Boost, and for that you get:
- All Sky Sports channels in 1080p with Dolby Digital 5.1 surround sound – plus, all Sky Sports channels stream at 50 frames per second (except on LG TV and Xbox One & Series X/S)
- Selected Sky Sports+ streams in full 1080p HD (where the video feed allows for higher stream quality. Dolby 5.1 surround sound not available)
- With Ultra Boost and a Sports Membership, 4 dedicated UHD channels (Sky Sports Main Event & Sky Sports F1, plus 2 ad-hoc channels, Sky Sports UHD 1 & 2) – or with Ultra Boost and Sports Extra Membership, the dedicated ad-hoc UHD channel TNT Sports Ultimate
- Extra devices, so up to 3 people in your household can watch at the same time

How do I get Boost or Ultra Boost?
Just go to NOWTV.com/ie, and choose your membership. When you check out, you should see the option to add Boost or Ultra Boost to your order.
If you don't see the option to add Boost or Ultra Boost when you check out, once you've created your account you can add it by going to the NOW Membership area of My Account.
Yes – just select Add to My TV to add a show to your Watchlist, where you can find it to watch later.
Absolutely. You can download most shows and movies on your Entertainment, Cinema and Hayu Membership to watch again later when you’re offline on your iOS or Android device, whether on the go or relaxing on holiday.
Some events and shows from the Sports Membership are also available to download and replay – just look for the download icon on the programme info screen.
Yes, you can.
Just set an age restriction for which your viewing PIN will be required.

If you want friends or family to use your NOW account without being able to add membership or any other products using your saved card details, make sure your Payment PIN is turned on.
You can pause and rewind the live sports channels and Sky Sports+ streams for up to 2 hours on all supported devices, except for:
- LG TVs running WebOS 3.x and below
- Samsung TVs from 2016 and earlier
- Chromecast.
You can also pause and rewind live entertainment and Sky Cinema channels for up to 30 minutes on NOW and Roku devices.
Not at all. Once you're a NOW member, you can add as many membership types as you like on one account.
You can’t browse the internet through your NOW Smart Stick or Box.
You can use your NOW device to stream everything on your NOW Membership. You can also connect to loads of apps through your Box or Smart Stick, including Netflix, All 4 and YouTube.
If you've got a Sports Day or Month Membership, you can access Sky Sports+ streams for selected sports events, including additional EFL matches and F1 Race Control.
And if you've got Boost or Ultra Boost, you'll be able to view selected Sky Sports+ streams in full 1080p HD where a higher quality stream is available.
Sorry, but Red Button and other interactive services don’t work with NOW at the moment.When a stream is available, you'll find it on the relevant sports page in the NOW app - for example, rugby live streams will be on the Rugby page.
If you’ve got a NOW Smart Stick or NOW Box, you can watch Sky Sports Box Office events, including some of the biggest boxing fights, with the Sky Sports Box Office app.
