Help tipThe NOW app no longer supports iOS 11 or 12. If your iOS device is running on 11 or 12, you'll still be able to watch for as long as the app works for you, but you won't receive any updates like new features and bug fixes. If your device supports later iOS versions, we recommend you update to 13 or later. You can't watch NOW on a modified device, or one bought outside the Republic of Ireland or the UK.
First, connect your TV to the web. (If you have a wired network, connect your Ethernet cable before you begin.)
- Click on the Smart, Menu or Settings button, depending on your remote control.
- Select Network – this is shown as a globe with a plane flying around it.
- Go to Network Connection, followed by Start Connection. This picks up any nearby networks.
- Select your network when it appears, and enter the password if you have one.
Once you see the Network is connected message, you’re all set.
