We made some changes to terms and conditions for NOW Members in December 2021. If you were affected by these changes, you'll have received an email with all the details.

Most NOW Broadband members won’t be affected by these changes. You can continue to use your NOW Broadband & Calls services and any TV Membership options you have as usual.
The main change is that any offers you have for NOW Broadband and TV Membership are now considered separately. This means that if you cancel one type of membership, you’ll still benefit from the offer for your remaining membership, for the full duration of the offer period.
So, if you signed up for a bundle that includes TV Membership options as well as Broadband Membership, you’ll continue to pay the offer price for your TV Membership if you cancel your Broadband Membership.
The new terms and conditions will come into effect on 17 December 2021. You’ll receive an email explaining the changes before this date.
No, prices for all NOW Broadband Membership and TV Membership options will remain the same.
The only difference is that any offers you have for NOW Broadband and TV Membership are now considered separately. This means that if you cancel one type of membership, you’ll still benefit from the offer for your remaining membership, for the full duration of the offer period.
If you didn’t take a combined offer for your NOW Broadband and TV Membership options, there won’t be any changes.
If you cancel either membership, you’ll continue to pay full price for your remaining membership.

If you cancel your NOW Broadband Membership, this won’t affect the price you pay for any TV Membership options you have.
Got a minimum term for your NOW Broadband & Calls contract? You might have to pay an early termination charge if you cancel before your minimum term ends.
There’s no contract for your TV Membership, so you can cancel or add different Membership options whenever you like.
This won’t affect the price you pay for your Broadband Membership, even if you joined with a combined offer for Broadband and TV Membership.
If you signed up for a minimum term when you joined NOW Broadband, you might have to pay an early termination charge if you cancel before the term ends.
The changes to your terms & conditions do not give you the right to cancel your membership without paying early termination charges, if they're applicable.
