Why can't I sign in?

Make sure you’re entering your registered email address and password. Remember that passwords are case sensitive.

Forgotten which email address you signed up with?

Your registered email address is the one to which we send account updates and info on the latest movies, shows and sports.

If you're not sure, our Account Finder can help remind you which email address you signed up with. Just enter your name and the last 4 digits of the payment card you think you signed up with, and we'll check for any matching accounts.

Good to knowIf you've got a username, you can use that to sign in to your NOW TV account instead of your email address. Usernames aren't case sensitive.

If you’re a BT customer, you can find confirmation of your NOW TV email address in the welcome email you got from BT when you set up your package.
