Don't know your email address? Our Account Finder can help remind you which email address you used to sign up. Just enter your name and the last 4 digits of the payment card you think you signed up with, and we'll check for any matching accounts.

Are you an EE TV customer?
If we don't hold any billing info for you, the Account Finder might not be able to find your details. But you can find confirmation of your NOW email address in the welcome email you got from EE TV when you set up your package.
