Why can't I add more devices?
Due to rights restrictions, we have to limit the number of devices you can add each month.
You can add up to 6 devices. Once you’ve added your 6 devices, you can make 3 changes to your devices each calendar month.
This means that even if you're not using your maximum allowance, you might still not be able to add a new device, as one or more of your slots may be blocked. If one of your device slots is blocked it will show you when you can add a device.
Managing your devices
To add or remove devices, select My Account and then Manage devices. (You'll need to sign in, if you haven't already, by entering your email address and password.)
Error messages
If you try to watch NOW on a new device after you’ve added 6 devices, you might get an error 6003 or see a message that looks like one of these (depending on which device you're using):
If you try to watch NOW on a new device when you’ve already made your 3 changes this month, you’ll see this message:
You can watch on 2 devices at the same time (3 if you've got NOW Boost, or just 1 if you only have Sports Mobile Membership). If you try to watch NOW on another device, you'll see this message:
