How do I use My Account?
We’ve given our My Account section a makeover. With new, easy-to-use pages, it’s simple to manage your passes, devices and lots more. All the pages now work perfectly on your mobile too, so you can control your NOW TV account wherever you are. We’ve also added FAQs to give you guidance when and where you need it.
Just select My Account at the top of your screen, and then select the feature you want from the menu. You might need to enter your username and password.
Why can’t I use any My Account features?
This might be because your account hasn’t been fully set up, or because you’re signed in using an account from another Sky service. Try logging in with a different account if you've registered more than one.
