How do I use My Account?

Managing your Passes, devices and lots more is simple in our My Account section, whether you're on your computer or your smartphone. And there are FAQs to give you guidance when and where you need it.

Just sign in to My Account at the top of your screen, and then select Manage account

Why can’t I use any My Account features?

This might be because your account hasn’t been fully set up, or because you’re signed in using an account from another Sky service. Try logging in with a different account if you've registered more than one.

Buy a Pass or upgrade to NOW TV Boost

Are you a BT customer?

If you pay for your Passes through BT, there are a few things you won't be able to do in My Account – such as cancelling Passes, changing your payment details or viewing your purchase history. You can do these things in My BT, or by giving BT a call. How to contact BT

If you’ve received a voucher for a free Sky Sports Day Pass, you should be able to apply it in the Passes & vouchers area of My Account, but you won’t be able to add any other types of voucher to your account right now. We’re working on this and you should be able to apply other vouchers in the future.
