How do I use My Account?
Managing your membership, devices and lots more is simple in our My Account section, whether you're on your computer or your smartphone. And there are FAQs to give you guidance when and where you need it.
Just select My Account at the top of your screen, sign in with your username or email address and password if you haven't already and select Manage account to see an overview of your account.
From here, you can click on the tiles, or use the menu options at the top of the page to access other areas.
Why can’t I use any My Account features?
This might be because your account hasn’t been fully set up, or because you’re signed in using an account from another Sky service. Try logging in with a different account if you've registered more than one.
What can I do in My Account?
The NOW Membership area of My Account is where you can manage your membership. It's where you can add (or cancel) a membership, upgrade to NOW Boost, or apply a voucher.

Useful things you can do in other areas of My Account include:
- Reset your password
- Manage your Payment and Parental PINs
- Update your payment card details
- Update your email address
- View your purchase history
- View your devices
Are you a BT or TalkTalk customer?
If you pay for your NOW Membership as part of your BT or TalkTalk TV package, there are a few things you won't be able to do in My Account – such as cancelling your membership, changing your payment details or viewing your purchase history.
If you're with BT, you can do these things in My BT, or by giving BT a call. How to contact BT
If you're with TalkTalk, you can do them in your TalkTalk account or by contacting TalkTalk customer service.
You won’t be able to add vouchers to your account right now. We’re working on this and you should be able to apply vouchers in the future.
