Got a NOW TV account?

You can either:

  • Sign in and contact us by web form. We'll aim to get back to you within 24 hours.
  • Or give us a call on 08007591213 to speak directly to a NOW TV advisor.

Keep in mind Our phone advisors can only deal with complaints about NOW Broadband or Calls. For TV complaints, you'll need to get in touch by Live chat or web form.
