I've forgotten my Parental or Payment PIN
Your Parental PIN helps you control what younger viewers can watch, while your Payment PIN helps you control who can buy new Passes on your account.
If you’ve forgotten either your Parental or Payment PIN, you'll need to reset it and create a new one.
Help tipYour PINs can only be controlled by you, so our advisors won't be able to set or reset them for you – you'll need to do this yourself online.
Reset your PINs
Just head to Settings & PINs, select Reset your PIN for either your Parental or Payment PIN, and enter your password and new PIN. Confirm your new PIN, then Save PIN.
