I've forgotten my Parental or Payment PIN
Your Parental PIN helps you control what younger viewers can watch, while your Payment PIN helps you control who can buy new passes on your account.
If you’ve forgotten either your Parental or Payment PIN, you'll need to reset it and create a new one:
Select My Account, and then Settings & PINs.
Select Reset your PIN.
Enter your password, and then enter your new Parental or Payment PIN.
Enter your new PIN again, and then select Save PIN.
