How do I change or update my personal details?

You can update most of your info in the Personal details section of My Account. Our interactive guide below should help you to update your details, but if for any reason it doesn't work for you, just click How to update your details beneath it to read all the info.

How to update your details

Just head to the Personal details section of My Account if you want to update your email address or mobile number, or change your password.

 


Can I change my name or username?

If your name or title has changed, get in touch by Live Chat and we'll update it for you.

You can’t change your NOW username after you've set up your account.

 

How do I change my address, or my payment card details?

You can update your card details (including your billing address) at any time by heading to My Account and Payment details.

 

Are you a BT customer?

As BT hold your account details, you’ll need to get in touch with them if you want to change your title or the name on your account.

Want to amend your direct debit details? You can do this in My BT, or by giving BT a call.
