How do I change or update my personal details?

You can update most of your info in the Personal details section of My Account.

How to update your details

Just head to the Personal details section of My Account if you want to update your email address or mobile number, or change your password.

 


Can I change my name or username?

If your name or title has changed, get in touch by Live Chat and we'll update it for you.

You can’t change your NOW username after you've set up your account.

 

Can I change my email if I can't access my old email address?

If you no longer have access to the email address registered on your NOW account, you won't be able to update it. Select the Get in touch button on this page to contact us by live chat and we can update it for you.

 

How do I change my address, or my payment card details?

You can update your card details (including your billing address) at any time by heading to My Account and Payment details.

 

Are you an EE TV customer?

As EE TV hold your account details, you’ll need to get in touch with them if you want to change your title or the name on your account.

Want to amend your direct debit details? You can do this in your EE TV account, or by giving them a call.

Got NOW as part of your TalkTalk TV package?

As TalkTalk hold your account details, you’ll need to get in touch with them if you want to change your title or the name on your account.

If you want to update your NOW email address, you can do that in My Account (but note that this will not update in your TalkTalk account).
