I can't sign in to the NOW app on Xbox

If you're trying to sign in to the NOW app on your Xbox One or Series X/S but you're having trouble because the keyboard's not appearing, there's a quick fix for that.

Follow these simple steps:

1. Go to Settings on your Xbox.
2. Select Ease of Access.
3. Turn off the High Contrast Mode.
