How do I use My Account?
Managing your membership, devices and lots more is simple in our My Account section, whether you're on your computer or your smartphone. And there are FAQs to give you guidance when and where you need it.
Just select My Account at the top of your screen, then select Manage account. (You'll need to sign in with your email address and password if you haven't already.)
Why can’t I use any My Account features?
This might be because your account hasn’t been fully set up, or because you’re signed in using an account from another Sky service. Try logging in with a different account if you've registered more than one.
What can I do in My Account?
- Reset your password
- Manage your Payment and Parental PINs
- Update your payment card details
- Update your email address or phone number
- Add a membership or upgrade to Boost or Ultra Boost
- Check for personalised offers
- View your purchase history
- Cancel a membership, Boost or Ultra Boost
- Apply or redeem a voucher
- View your devices
