How do I use My Account?
With our easy-to-use My Account area, it’s simple to manage your Passes, devices and lots more. You'll also find FAQs in each section to give you guidance when and where you need it.
Just select My Account at the top of your screen, and then select the feature you want from the menu. (You'll need to sign in with your email address and password if you haven't already.)
Why can’t I use any My Account features?
This might be because your account hasn’t been fully set up, or because you’re signed in using an account from another Sky service. Try logging in with a different account if you've registered more than one.
