How do I apply or enter a voucher code?
Got a voucher for one of the NOW TV Passes? Whether it's for a day, a month or more, you can redeem your voucher in My Account and start watching shows right away.
The steps below are based on a PC or laptop, but you can apply a voucher on other devices, too.
Laptops and computers
- Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10
- Windows 8 app for PCs and tablets
- Mac OSX 10.6 (Snow Leopard) or later
Tablets and smartphones
- Android (using browser only; not the NOW TV app)
- Apple iOS (using browser only; not the NOW TV app)
- Xbox One
- PlayStation 4
- LG smart TV.
Select My Account, and then My Passes (you might need to sign in with your email address and password if you haven't already).
Don’t have a NOW TV account yet?
No problem – you’ll just need to create an account before you can apply your voucher.
Click on My Account and select Sign in, then Join now. Then choose Free trial or Buy now below the Pass you’ve got a voucher for.
Enter your details, including payment card details, and your voucher code in the box provided. Don’t worry, we won’t charge you – we just need to check you’re over 18 and living in the Republic of Ireland or the UK.
Select Redeem a voucher.
Type in your voucher code and select Continue.

You’ll see details of your offer, including what you'll pay now and when your voucher expires. If you're happy with this, enter your Payment PIN (if you've set one up) and select Start offer.
Yes, that's fine – you can apply the voucher to your account before your free trial has ended.
If you don’t apply a voucher, your Pass will auto-renew at standard monthly price.
If you have one of our Month Passes, it'll start right away. But if you've got a Sky Sports Day or Week Pass you can choose to start it any time that suits you, within a year of purchase. When you’re ready to start your 24 hours or 7 days of sport, just start watching and your Pass will activate automatically.
Yes, you can. You just have to wait until your current voucher has fewer than 30 days remaining before applying the next one.
Don't forget to check that each voucher you want to use is still valid before you apply it.
If you've already got a Sky Sports Month Pass, you won't be able to use a Day or Week Pass voucher.
If you've got an active Sky Sports Day or Week Pass, you can apply a voucher for a second one, but you won't be able to start it until your first Pass has expired.
