App not working on NOW TV Box or Smart Stick

If you’re having a problem with any of the apps on your NOW TV Box or Smart Stick, either the app needs updating or your NOW TV software needs a refresh.

How to check for software updates on your NOW TV Box or Smart Stick

Follow the steps below to get the latest versions of your installed apps and NOW TV software:

  1. Go to Settings in the left-hand menu
  2. Select System
  3. Select System update
  4. Select Check now.


Your device will then look for and install any updates.
