My first broadband bill and payment dates
We know your first broadband bill can be confusing, so we've created this quick guide to make sure there are no surprises on your first bill.
When will my first payment be taken?
Your first monthly membership payment will be taken on the day your NOW Broadband service goes live. This will cover your monthly recurring charges for the month ahead.
Your regular monthly payment date will be on the same day of the month as your first payment. If your first payment was on the 29th, 30th or 31st, it’ll change to the last day of the month when a shorter month comes around and stay that date for future months.
How is my first bill calculated?
On your first payment date, you'll pay all your monthly recurring charges for the month ahead:
- Broadband membership plan
- Calls package
- Line rental
- Any phone extras you added to your package.

Will my future broadband bills vary?
Your bill may vary each month depending on your call usage and any changes you make to your package.
Your monthly recurring changes will stay the same, unless we let you know any of our prices are changing.

If you want to change your monthly payment date to a day that suits you better, you’ll need to get in touch by phone.
