How to contact BT

If you pay for your Passes through BT, any account or cancellation queries will need to go through them.

 

Manage your account in My BT

There are some things, like updating your payment details, that you can do quickly and easily online in My BT. Just log in with your BT ID.

 

Or call BT on 0800 800 150

Alternatively, if you’d like to check your balance, make a payment or manage your direct debit details, you can call BT's payments line on 0800 44 33 11.
