I can’t access my work VPN from home
Can't access your company's VPN when working from home? You might need to add the VPN server address to your Allowed websites list.
To add an address to your list of Allowed websites:
Go to your Broadband Buddy settings.
Select Block & allow websites and enter the VPN address in the 'Allowed websites' box.
Select Add and then Save.
If you still have problems accessing a VPN, you'll need to contact your company's IT support team for more specific help.
Still can't connect to your VPN?
If you've added a VPN or any other site to your list of allowed websites but still can't access it, try checking your anti-virus software or firewall settings.
