I cancelled my membership, but want to restart it

Want to restart a membership you've cancelled? No problem – you can do that in My Account in just a few clicks.

Want to sign up again?

Just head to NOW Membership, sign in with your existing account details and hit Restart or Add membership next to the one you want to renew.

 
If you're renewing before the next monthly membership payment would've been due, you'll see the option to Restart membership. Select this and your membership will resume without a break. Your monthly payments will continue on the same date.

Good to knowIf you're on a minimum-term plan, you'll still have the Restart membership option until the last monthly payment date of your plan has passed. If you restart, at the end of your plan your membership will roll on at the standard monthly price. 

Select Restart membership next to the membership you want to renew

If your monthly payment date has passed since you cancelled, your membership has lapsed and you'll see Add membership instead.

Select Add membership next to the cancelled membership you want to restart

Your first payment will be taken on the day you renew your membership, and on the same day each month after that. Or, if you pay for your membership through EE TV, it'll be added to your monthly EE TV bill.
