How do I switch to NOW TV Broadband?

Thinking of switching to NOW TV Broadband?

Once you’ve checked out all the options and chosen your NOW TV Combo, we’ll confirm that the broadband and calls package you want is available in your area.

After you’ve signed up, the switch from your current provider is simple and we make sure everything goes smoothly.

If you need an engineer visit to install a phone line, we’ll book one for you when you order NOW TV Broadband. The waiting time depends on when an engineer’s available, but it’s usually within a couple of weeks. There's no charge for a phone line to be installed.

If you already have a line, we’ll switch your broadband remotely. This should also take place within two weeks of your order.

We’ll get in touch to remind you about your engineer appointment. You can find more information in Track my order after you’ve ordered your NOW TV Combo.

Yes you can – we’ll just need to arrange an engineer visit to install a phone line in your home.

When you sign up for the NOW TV Combo, we’ll let you know a date and time for your engineer visit. If the date and time doesn’t work for you, just get in touch and we’ll reschedule.

If you’re joining NOW TV from BT, EE, TalkTalk, Plusnet or any other non-cable provider, you won’t need to cancel with them or let them know you’re leaving - we’ll take care of everything.

We’ll also make sure the switch goes smoothly, so you’re not without broadband for any period of time.

Switching to NOW TV from Virgin?

If you're switching from Virgin Media, you’ll need to cancel your services once your phone number has moved to NOW TV.

To make sure you don’t spend any time without broadband, it’s best to keep your Virgin Broadband active until the day after your switch.

If you want to keep your current phone number, choose ‘Yes, keep my current number’ when you confirm your broadband order, and we’ll do our best to have it transferred over. If it’s not possible to keep your phone number, we’ll let you know.

You can also redirect your emails from your old broadband address to a different address, and transfer across your email contacts.

Keep in mind Emails can only be redirected from accounts that support POP access. Check with your current provider to find out if you can keep your existing email account.
