How do I cancel my Passes?
We don’t want to see you leave, but if you have to go we’ve made it easy to cancel your Passes and come back to us whenever you want.
Help tip The cancel option isn't available in the NOW TV app. You'll need to do this on our website in My Account.
I want to cancel a Cinema, Entertainment, Kids or Sports Month Pass
Select My Account and then My passes. If you see the sign in page, enter either your username or email address, and your password.
Select Cancel next to the Pass you don’t want any more and follow the onscreen steps.
Can't see the Cancel button?
If there's no Cancel option next to the Pass you want to cancel, you'll need to get in touch to cancel it.
Once your Pass is cancelled you’ll see the confirmation message below, and get a confirmation email within 3 hours.
You’ll be able to keep watching until the date your next payment was due.
Are you a NOW TV Broadband customer?
You’ll need to give us a call if you want to cancel a Pass. Go to My passes and get in touch on the number shown there (if you see the sign in page, enter either your username or email address, and your password).
I want to cancel a Sky Sports Day or Week Pass
You can only cancel Sports Day and Week Passes that have been bought in the last 14 days and not activated.
To cancel a Sports Day or Week Pass you’ll need to select Contact Us below, and speak to one of our advisors.
If you’re an Apple TV customer without a NOW TV account, you’ll need to go to Apple to cancel your Sports Pass.
I want to cancel more than one Pass or account
If you have other Passes on your account you’ll need to cancel each of them individually.
If you have more than one NOW TV account, you’ll need to sign in to each account to cancel any Passes you no longer want to use.
I want to cancel a Sky Broadband Pack
To cancel your Sky Broadband NOW TV Pack you’ll need to log in to My Sky with your registration details.
