How do I change or reset my account password?

If you know the password on your NOW account and you want to change it, for example to make it more secure, just follow the steps below. You'll need your current login details to do this.

If you've forgotten your password and want to reset it, follow the instructions here instead.

Step 1:

Head to the Personal details section of My Account, and if you're not already signed in, enter your email address and your password.

 

 

Step 2:

Scroll down to Security details and select Reset password.

Select 'reset password'

 

Step 3:

Enter your email address and Continue, and then hit Send email.

We'll send you a link to reset your password. The link will be live for 3 hours and you'll only be able to use it once.

 

Step 4:

Click on the link in the email and follow the onscreen instructions to change your password.
 

Not received your password reset email?

Check your Junk or Spam folders – the email may have gone there by mistake, or try requesting another email.
