Select this option if you’ve bought your box directly from our website, either on its own or as part of a NOW TV Box Pack.

Please get in touch and let us know your box's serial number. We'll tell you if you're eligible for a replacement or refund and how to get it.

Can I get a refund?

If your NOW TV Box is faulty and you want a refund, you need to let us know within 30 days of receiving your box. If you want a replacement box instead, make sure you let us know within one year of the date you ordered it.

If your NOW TV Box isn’t faulty but you’ve changed your mind, you need to get in touch within 14 days of receiving the box to get a refund.

Handy tip You can find your serial number on the side of the package your box came in, or on the underside of the box itself.

Need replacement accessories?

If you bought your box less than one year ago, get in touch and we’ll replace any faulty accessories, such as a NOW TV remote or power supply unit.

Select this option if you’ve bought your box from either a NOW TV or Sky representative in a shopping centre, train station or other public venue.

NOW TV is unable to process any returns, refunds or exchanges if your NOW TV Box was bought from another retailer.

 
Need replacement accessories?
You can buy accessories, such as a NOW TV remote or power supply unit, from the Sky Accessory shop.

If your NOW TV Box is faulty or you need replacement accessories (such as a NOW TV remote or power supply unit), please get in touch. You can tell us the serial number of your box, and we'll send a replacement if it's in warranty.

Can I get a refund?

You can only get a refund for your NOW TV Box if you're the person who bought it.

However, if you've been given a faulty box, you can swap it for a replacement.
