About the promotion

With every promotional Nestlé pack you get the chance to win a 1-month Entertainment Pass.

It's super-simple:

Step 1

Head to and enter the 12-digit code from the inside of your wrapper, and your name and email address. From the Country drop-down, select United Kingdom, then select your county. Hit Submit, and you'll see instantly whether you've won.

Step 2

If you're a winner, you'll be presented with a win message on screen with details of how to claim your Pass. Clicking on this will take you to the NOW TV website to claim your Pass.

The details will also be emailed to you, so if you don't want to claim your prize then and there, just keep the email safe and click through when you're ready.

Step 3

On the NOW TV site, you'll see the option to sign up (if you're a new member) or sign in to your account. The code for your free Pass will be applied automatically.


If you buy a qualifying Nestlé product after the main promotional period ends on 28 July 2019, you still have a last chance to win in one of 4 Late Entry Draws. There are 2000 prizes to be won in each draw.

  • 1st draw – For entries received between 29 July and 31 August
  • 2nd draw – For entries received between 1 and 30 September
  • 3rd draw – For entries received between 1 October and 30 November
  • 4th draw – The final draw is for entries received between 1 December 2019 and 30 June 2020.

Just enter in the usual way, but instead of finding out instantly whether you've won, you'll see a thank-you page. If you're a winner, you'll then be notified by email within 10 working days of the relevant draw.


You'll need to be over 18 and a UK, Isle of Man, Channel Islands or Republic of Ireland resident to take part in this promotion.

The main promotional period ends at 10pm on 28 July 2019, and you'll need to redeem your prize through the NOW TV website by 1 August 2020. See ‘What’s the Late Entry Draw?’ above for details on how to enter after the main promotional period.


Signing up and claiming your prize

Yes, you can. If you already have an Entertainment Pass, we'll change your monthly payment to zero for the next month.

Yes, you can, but you'll need to wait until you're in the last 30 days of your current offer before you can use your Nestlé voucher – as long as that's before the final redemption date of 1 August 2020.

Not at all. NOW TV is a separate service that brings you movies, shows and sports from Sky and elsewhere.

You can watch NOW TV on loads of devices, including PCs, laptops, tablets, smartphones and our very own NOW TV Box and Smart Stick. You can cancel your Passes at any time.

To watch NOW TV, you need to be over 18 and living in the UK, Isle of Man, Channel Islands or Republic of Ireland. We use your credit/debit card details to verify this and validate your account.

When your free month ends, your Entertainment Pass will keep rolling at the standard price, and we’ll use these card details to take your payments each month. 

Don’t want to continue after your offer period? No problem:

  1. Head to My Account and Passes & vouchers
  2. Hit the Cancel Pass button next to the Entertainment Pass and follow the onscreen steps
  3. You’ll still be able to watch until your Pass expires.

Can't read your code?

Nestlé does not assume any responsibility for promotional codes damaged or defaced in the way the product packaging is opened. If you can't read your promotional code due to a genuine printing error, you should contact Nestlé Consumer Services either by email at or by telephone on Freephone 00800 6378 5385, and they'll send you a replacement code. You'll need to contact them by 31 May 2020 to ensure that your request can be processed before the final closing date.

  • Make sure you’re following all the onscreen directions carefully, and that you’re entering all fields marked with an asterisk (*).
  • Enter your code exactly as it appears on the pack. Each code can only be entered once.

About NOW TV Passes

Yes. If you've already got the same Pass, your offer will be applied to next month's bill.

Prizes are limited to 2 per person.

When your free offer ends, your Entertainment Pass will usually keep rolling at the standard price, and we’ll use the card details you supplied to take your payments each month.

If you don’t want to continue after your offer period, it’s easy to cancel your Pass. You can do this at any time and still keep watching until your Pass expires.
