About the Vodafone 4G NOW TV Entertainment Pass offer

Got a free NOW TV Entertainment Pass because you’re on Vodafone 4G PAYG or a Red contract, or thinking of taking up this offer? Here’s where you can find out everything you need to know. 
 

To watch NOW TV, you need to be over 18 and living in the UK. We use your credit/debit card details to verify this and validate your account. Once your account’s set up, you’ll be able to add any other Passes you might want and they’ll be charged to this card.

After your free Vodafone offer ends, your Entertainment Pass will keep rolling at the standard monthly price. We’ll use the card details you’ve supplied to take your monthly payments. If you don’t want your Pass to continue after your offer ends, just cancel it before your first payment is due.

The Vodafone offer is only for a free Entertainment Pass, but there’s nothing to stop you buying a different Pass as well. Once your account’s set up, it’s super-easy to add a new Pass. Just head to My passes (you’ll need to sign in), and click ‘Buy now’ next to the Pass you want. Or, if you haven’t had a Cinema or Kids Pass before, select ‘Start free trial’ to enjoy a free 14 day trial.

If you want to stop your Entertainment Pass before your Vodafone offer ends, you’ll need to contact Vodafone directly by dialling 191 from your handset or calling 08080 034 515. For more info, visit Vodafone online support.

If you want to cancel your Entertainment Pass after your Vodafone offer ends, or if you want to cancel a different Pass, just head to My passes (you’ll need to sign in), and select Cancel next to the Pass you want to cancel. Find out more about cancelling a Pass

Yes, you can. If you’ve already got an Entertainment Pass you’ll see this screen:
 

You already have a NOW TV Entertainment Pass. Select 'continue' and we'll cancel your existing Pass.

Select Continue and we’ll cancel your Pass for you so you can start your Vodafone offer.

Or, if you prefer to wait until your existing Pass expires and then start your offer, select No thanks and then follow these steps to cancel your Pass:

  1. Sign in to My Account and go to My passes.
  2. Select Cancel next to your Entertainment Pass.
  3. Follow all the steps to cancel your Pass. Your cancellation isn’t complete until you’ve received a cancellation email.
  4. Carry on enjoying NOW TV until the end of your current subscription. After your subscription’s run out, wait 24 hours before clicking on your Vodafone link again to get your new Entertainment Pass.

Yes, you can. If you’re already a NOW TV Broadband customer and you’ve got an Entertainment Pass as part of your package, we’ll need to cancel that Pass so you can start your Vodafone offer. But don’t worry – we’ll make sure you still get your Combo discount, even though your Entertainment Pass is now free.

The length of your free offer may vary depending on which Vodafone bundle or plan you’re on, and when you bought it. When your offer ends, your Entertainment Pass will automatically roll on at the standard monthly price, unless you cancel.

To check the details, go to My Passes and click on the arrow next to your Entertainment Pass to see your offer start and end dates and when your first payment is due.

We’re sorry that you’re unable to enjoy NOW TV, but unfortunately we can’t refund you because you haven’t paid anything for your Vodafone offer.

The free Entertainment Pass offer is only for Vodafone customers, so if you cancel your contract, you’ll no longer be eligible for this offer. But if you want to carry on enjoying NOW TV you can buy an Entertainment Pass.

Just text the word ENTERTAINMENT to 97613 and Vodafone will resend you the link.
