You can only get an Entertainment Pass through Vodafone, but there’s nothing to stop you buying a different Pass as well. Once your account’s set up, it’s super-easy to add a new Pass. Just head to Passes & vouchers (you’ll need to sign in), and click Buy now next to the Pass you want. Or, if you haven’t had a Sky Cinema, Kids or hayu Pass before, select Start free trial to enjoy a free 7 day trial.

Any additional Passes you buy will be charged to the payment card saved on your NOW TV account.

To watch NOW TV, you need to be over 18 and living in the UK. We use your credit/debit card details to verify this and validate your account. Once your account’s set up, you’ll be able to add any other Passes you might want and they’ll be charged to this card.

Yes, you can. If you’ve already got an Entertainment Pass you’ll see this screen:
 

You already have a NOW TV Entertainment Pass. Select 'continue' and we'll cancel your existing Pass.

Select Continue and we’ll cancel your Pass for you so you can start your Vodafone offer.

Or, if you prefer to wait until your existing Pass expires and then start your offer, select No thanks and then follow these steps to cancel your Pass:

  1. Sign in to My Account and go to Passes & vouchers.
  2. Select Cancel next to your Entertainment Pass.
  3. Follow all the steps to cancel your Pass. Your cancellation isn’t complete until you’ve received a cancellation email.
  4. Carry on enjoying NOW TV until the end of your current subscription. After your subscription’s run out, wait 24 hours before clicking on your Vodafone link again to get your new Entertainment Pass.

If you're on a 24-month Vodafone plan, when it comes to an end your Entertainment Pass will keep rolling at the standard monthly price, which will be added to your Vodafone bill. You'll get a few text messages from Vodafone in the month before your plan ends to remind you. If you don’t want your Pass to continue after your offer ends, just cancel it in My Vodafone before your first payment is due.

If you're on a SIM-only Vodafone plan, your Entertainment Pass will automatically be cancelled when your plan ends. If you decide you want to keep it, just head to Passes & vouchers and select Buy now.

Yes, you can add a NOW TV Entertainment Pass as an extra and it'll be charged to your Vodafone bill (or taken from your credit if you're on PAYG). Find out more about Vodafone Charge to Bill
 

Yes, you can. If you’re already a NOW TV Combo customer and you’ve got an Entertainment Pass as part of your package, we’ll need to cancel that Pass so you can start your Vodafone offer. But don’t worry – we’ll make sure you still get your Combo discount, even though your Entertainment Pass is now free.

You can cancel your Entertainment Pass online by going to My Vodafone, or by calling Vodafone (dial 191 from your handset or call 08080 034 515). For more info, visit Vodafone online support.

To cancel any other Month Passes, just head to Passes & vouchers (you’ll need to sign in), and select Cancel Pass next to the Pass you want to cancel. Find out more about cancelling a Pass

If you're on a SIM-only offer, you don't need to worry about cancelling – your Entertainment Pass will automatically be cancelled at the end of your offer.

The free Entertainment Pass offer is only for Vodafone customers, so if you cancel your contract, you’ll no longer be eligible for this offer. But if you want to carry on enjoying NOW TV you can buy an Entertainment Pass.

Just text the word ENTERTAINMENT to 97613 and Vodafone will resend you the link.
