Problems using the NOW TV app on iOS 10.3 or 11?

If you've recently updated your iPhone or iPad to iOS 10.3 or 11, and you then reinstall the NOW TV app, when you next try to watch you might see an error message saying you've reached your device limit.

This is because when you reinstall the app with the new iOS version it'll look like you're watching on a new device – even if it's the same one you were watching on before. So if you're using all your 4 device slots and have already made your 1 device swap this month, you won't be able to watch on any more devices. (Read more about the device limit rules here).
