f20000 error on NOW TV Player

Seeing the error f20000 when you've installed the NOW TV Player on your PC or Mac and you try to watch something?

This is an activation issue caused by Cisco VideoGuard (which is part of the NOW TV Player) failing to initialise.

How to fix it

Rebooting your computer will usually fix the problem by triggering Cisco VideoGuard to run. Once you've restarted your PC or Mac, you should then be able to watch.
