Changes to our hayu and Entertainment Passes
At NOW TV, we're constantly investing in new shows to bring you the latest, critically acclaimed TV.
Over the last year, we've added 6 new channels on the Entertainment Pass, including Sky Nature and Sky Documentaries. That's hundreds of hours of world-class, factual TV for you to enjoy. And on the hayu Pass, we've got over 8000 episodes – more than we've ever had before.
Plus, there's even more coming your way soon. Don't miss HBO's new drama The Undoing, starring Nicole Kidman and Hugh Grant, and the hotly anticipated season 15 of The Real Housewives of Orange County.
So that we can continue to bring you the best shows, we do occasionally review our pricing. From 1 September 2020, the Entertainment and hayu Passes will be going up by £1 each, from £8.99 to £9.99 and from £3.99 to £4.99 respectively.
How will this affect me?
Unless you're a Combo customer or you're on an offer (see below), your next monthly Entertainment Pass payment on or after 1 September will go up by £1 from £8.99 to £9.99, and your next monthly hayu Pass payment will go up by £1 from £3.99 to £4.99.
Your payments will then roll on at £9.99 and £4.99 a month respectively, unless you cancel.
You can check when your next payment is due in the Bills & payments area of My Account.
If you're on an offer, you won't be affected by the price change until your offer ends. At the end of your offer period, your Entertainment or hayu Passes will roll on at the new monthly price of £9.99 or £4.99, unless you cancel.

Combo customers aren't affected by the Entertainment Pass price rise. You'll continue to pay the same price for your Pass that you signed up for.
We'll always give you 30 days' notice of any price changes that affect your Combo contract.
We hope you'll agree that our Entertainment and hayu Passes continue to be a great-value, flexible way to enjoy a huge range of exclusive shows, but if you're not happy with the change, you're free to cancel at any time.
Just head to the Passes & vouchers area of My Account, hit Manage Pass or Cancel Pass next to the Pass you want to cancel, and follow the steps.
