Why can't I find the show I'm looking for?

Your NOW Entertainment Membership lets you watch loads of shows on demand.

You can watch episodes from some shows on catch up after they’ve been broadcast on our TV channels. For other shows whole seasons are available as box sets, with all episodes in the season available at the same time.

If you can’t find the show you’re looking for, it might be because:

Catch up episodes are usually available for at least seven days from the date they were first broadcast.

Box sets are normally available for longer, and expiry dates vary from show to show. Check our Community for monthly posts about expiring box sets.

When a show or episode is available for less than 30 days, you’ll see how many days are remaining on the show info page.

If you’re trying to watch a show on catch up after it’s appeared on one of our TV channels, bear in mind that it can take up to 24 hours for an episode to be added after it was first broadcast.

For information on when a box set will become available, check out the NOW Community for monthly posts about new box sets.

Some shows have a break for a few weeks, or months, before returning. Keep checking back to see if your show is returning to the schedules.

Unfortunately rights restrictions mean we can’t offer all shows from our TV channels on demand.

If you can’t find any episodes of a show in catch up or box sets, and it’s not listed on the forum posts above, then it’s not available on demand.

If you can see shows but they’re not playing correctly, or you can’t play them at all, this may be a technical issue.

Just search for your issue in the box near the top of this page to find an article to help fix your problem.

If it’s just one show that doesn’t seem to be working properly, please let us know by starting a new topic on the NOW Community, and we’ll get it fixed as soon as we can.
